With a massive winter storm blasting across the Mid-West, headed toward the Berkshires, the Chefs of Berkshire Farm & Table are busy putting last minute logistical tasks to completion prior to Friday night’s dinner at the James Beard House in New York City.
Thursday and Friday should be storm-free, allowing for easy transport of Chefs and food pre-preparations down from the Berkshires to NYC.
